Doggie Day Care

£18 per day - Opens from 9am till 4pm. Dogs within a 3 mile radius of Kirby Bellars can be collected from 8.00am onwards.

Dog Boarding

£28 per day -single dog only. £38 per day - two dogs from the same household.

Rabbit

£6.00 per day or £8.00 for a pair staying together.

Guinea Pig

£5.00 per day or £7.00 for a pair staying together.

Ferret

£6.00 per day or £8.00 for a pair staying together.

All smaller rodents

£3.00 per day (to be kept in their own cage).

Bedding, fresh vegetables and fruit are included in our daily rates. However dry food or meat must be supplied by the owner of the pet, this helps to avoid tummy upsets. Owners to provide all treats and toys.

Grooming

£7.00 per groom for rabbits (approx. 30mins). Please note that if you have a long-haired rabbit that needs grooming daily this will need to be added onto the daily boarding rate

Nail Clipping

£5.00 (excludes Dogs).

MEMBERS OF THE RWAF BENEFIT FROM A 10% DISCOUNT. PROOF OF MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED.

Pet Home Visit

£7.00 litter tray clean, health check, feed within a 3 mile radius of Kirby Bellars. Prices for surrounding areas will depend on distance.

Dog Training

121 £35 per hour. Group Classes £15 per hour.

Terms & Conditions For Dogs

Dogs are to collected unless they can be walked to Doggie Day Care, in which case arrivals and departures are to be booked in advance.

Owners are asked to disclose any medical problems their pet may have at the time of booking.

Kirby Bellars Pet Services has the right to refuse any pets if they are ill, injured, pregnant, not neutered or felt they will not cope with other dogs that are present.

All pets will be taken to Kirby Bellars Pet Services's vet (Kings Veterinary Clinic), unless the dogs veterinary is local then all attempts to take your dog to it's own vet will be made. You must notify your vet that Kirby Bellars Pet Services may need to bring your dog to them in an emergency. If your dog has to have veterinary treatment all attempts to contact you the owner will be made. If however no contact can be made the course of action the vet advises will be taken.

Owners are at all times liable for any vet bills that incur, these are payable on collection. If your dog has to be put to sleep the owner is still liable for vet bills. The services provider will charge the client for the services quoted on the booking form. Should any payment due remain unpaid for 7 days after it falls due, the services provider will be relieved of their contractual obligations.

A 50% deposit must be paid to secure a place, this is only refundable if a months notice is given before cancelling. If two separate bookings have been cancelled then the full non-refundable amount must be paid when booking next appointment.

In the event of the client cancelling the services, the client will pay the full fee if cancellation occurs less then 24hours of the scheduled service.

Please bring with you vaccination certificates, last worming dates, microchip number and owners proof of address.

Christmas bookings are to be paid in full a month before and are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event of Kirby Bellars Pet Services cancelling, a full refund will be made.

If you collect your pet earlier then the set departure date then no refund will be made. If you fail to arrive on the due date then you will still be liable for the days that were booked. If you do not collect your pet when arranged the daily rate plus 50% will be incurred, unless contact has been made stating the reason for not being able to collect.

If your pet has not been collected within 7 days of departure date and all attempts of contact have failed the pet will be re homed.

The service ensures a valid insurance is in provider place at all times.

The client will accept full liability and responsibility for any event arising from the behaviour of their pet, such as damage or injury caused by the pet towards any property, person or other animal.

If a pet becomes aggressive or dangerous, the service provider shall, take whatever action they consider necessary in the best interest of the animal, other animals or people. Actions could include refusal/termination of services, assistance from the RSPCA, vet or police or placing the pet into boarding kennels. Any costs incurred due to these actions will be paid by the client.

The service provider shall not use or pass on to a third party any information relating to the client, their property and pet.

Small animals can die very quickly with no warning signs. All attempts to contact the owner immediately will be made.

If your pet has to have veterinary treatment all attempts to contact you the owner will be made. If however no contact can be made the course of action the vet advises will be taken. Owner to pay all vet bills on collection of pet.

A £10 deposit is nonrefundable to secure a place. The hutch is held for 7 days without a deposit.

If two separate bookings have been cancelled then the full nonrefundable amount must be paid when booking next appointment.

Full payment in cash or cheque is to be made on arrival.

Pets that are boarded together and need to be separated due to fighting will incur an additional fee. Rabbits and Ferrets - £2.50 Guinea Pigs - £2.00 extra per day.
